• Conduct periodic on-site observation of work during installation to monitor compliance with plans
• Be involved in planning, designing, and finishing interiors of residential, commercial, or industrial buildings
• 3D design and depiction of property and finishing
• Formulate design, which are practical, aesthetic, and conducive to intended purposes, such as raising productivity, selling products, or improving life style.
• Interior design of property
• Drawing of site plans
• Advise client on interior design features, such as space planning, layout and utilization of finishing and equipment, and colour coordination
• Render design ideas in form of paste-ups or drawings
• Prepare presentation drawings
• Translate clients briefs to visuals
• Carry out presentation to clients
• Prepare a catalogue of company products recommended to clients
• Any other duty as required by the supervisor
