GUEST RELATIONS MANAGER
Seeking a guest relations manager to communicate with clients to ensure their satisfaction with their visit.
Good candidates should have previous experience and be able to effectively communicate with co-workers and guests to solve problems. Conversational knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Provide fantastic customer service to guests, ensuring that their needs are served.
• Collect customer service information and determine guest satisfaction
• Resolve customer problems
• Develop an intimate knowledge of the hotel services, pricing, layout and events
• Promote hotel services and educate guests to improve their experience
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Phenomenal communication skills
• Ability to work with co-workers to quickly solve guests problems
• Previous experience in a related position
• Multilingual is a plus
• Familiarity with common guest relationship management software
