We are seeking a branch manager with a high level of accountability and the ability to oversee all operations of a company branch.
The branch manager will be responsible for all operations of their specific division or office, including hiring employees, ensuring proper care of employees, meeting a company's goals and objectives.
Further, the manager will help approve loans and lines of credit
Develop and implement branch business and marketing plans
Identify, investigate and respond to members' concerns
Plan branch operations based upon analysis and review of historical and evolving trends
Analyze and determine staffing needs
Assist in branch operations as required
National Diploma in related field or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 1 year of progressively responsible management experience within a retail sales or financial institution
Knowledge of the sound practice of business administration
