Bar/reception tender,both are of different department.the bar is under the food and beverages department services rendered here includes,sales of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages,it is also a point of relaxation to residence and arriving guest.Reception is under the front-office department.it is the frist point of call to all arriving guest in a hotel facility.functions of the receptionist includes,booking of room[reservation or on the desk]allocation of room to a guest,receiving phone call for room reservation,collection of valuable property[ies]of lodging guest for keep,having therequired skills to sell the hotel goods and services to the guest.
